Organization
Our company has a two-tier governance structure consisting of a Board of Directors and a Supervisory Board. Furthermore we have a User Committee which acts as an advisory committee to the equensWorldline NV Board of Directors.

Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of equensWorldline NV consists of 3 members:
• Michael Steinbach (Head of Financial Services Worldline)
• Grégory Lambertie (Group Chief Financial Officer Worldline)
• Rob Kemna (independent member)
User Commitee
equensWorldline NV has an internal advisory committee for Dutch users of equensWorldline NV, and the clients of such users, operating in the payment market in the Netherlands (the User Committee).
